Some say there was no designer
That gave this world its form
But only that some freak accident
Caused you and I to be born.

Nobody stirred our emotions
Or made our hearts join as one
Nobody thought up passion
And nobody invented love

That would be just crazy thinking
Thinking the way them folks do
I wasn't born without purpose
I was born to love you

In the desert when I was alone
God heard my cries upon the wind
He knew that I was lonely
Then like manna you came from Him

There's a greater imagination
Far bigger than all of us
Someone who holds it all together
And it's in Him that I trust

The Designer's name is Savior
For He rescued you and me
And His angels placed us together
A happy ending for eternity
